COACHING SESSIONS
Our Ethos
The first four years of football participation (4-7 yr olds) provide the foundations for future participation & performance. FaiIure to estabIish fundamentaI movement & baII skiII competencies can dramaticaIIy Iimit the child's development and subsequent participation in football.

First Kicks focus on Iearning essentiaI physicaI, sociaI and cognitive skiIIs that form the buiIding bIocks for future participation in football.
The First Kicks Curriculum
Our curriculum is professionally designed to help develop motor skills, promote physical fitness, and build self-confidence in young children as they play and participate in a no pressure environment. Coach to child ratio is kept small to maximise individual development.
Above all else we promote FUN!
Costs
Our coaching classes are limited to small group sizes & are expected to
fill quickly. Following a free, no obligation introductory session, admission can only be guaranteed to members who have committed a four week program at a cost of £20.
FESTIVALS OF FOOTBALL
Our Ethos
First Kicks passionately believe in small-sided games (SSGs) to teach skills and develop creative, confident players and children.
To complement our individually focused coaching sessions we also provide children with the opportunity to learn through play at our weekly "Festival of Football" games program.
Our Focus
No coaching, no instruction, no substitutes, no fixed goalkeepers. Just a perfect environment for young children to thrive in!
The First Kicks Curriculum
Formats of the game that are proven to accelerate development:
2v2 - Mini Kicks (4-5yr olds, Nursery & Reception Children)
3v3 - Midi Kicks (5-6yr olds, Year 1 Children)
4v4 - Mighty Kicks (6-7yr olds, Year 2 Children)
