It's always great to see new children, parents & coaches embark upon their football journey. We all have a valuable part to play to ensure children have the best start possible.

Whilst we all hope to see children develop skills, the main focus for all must be to ensure that children can develop to the best of their ability in a safe, friendly, fun environment.

Our coaches consider not only how important their role with player development is, but also their role in encouraging parents &  children to fully embrace positivity in sport.

 

Always be positive when speaking to fellow coaches, referees and opposition players, remembering that the result is not really the most important thing.

 

Finally, if you are unsure of anything, remember we will always be there to provide support and guidance.
